Delivery Information
Outlined below is our approach to fair deliveries, ensuring you receive you products quickly, securely and at a fair price.
Products will be shipped for delivery within 24 hours of payment being received. You will be notified by email to inform you your order has been dispatched.
Postage to UK Mainland
All orders over £30 will qualify for free 2nd class postage. If you request 1st class postage and you order is over £30, we reduce the cost of 1st class postage by that of the second class postage. This will automatically be calculated when you checkout.
For all orders under £30 the postage will be calculated during checkout and will depend on the size and weight of your order. This is calculated depend on Royal Mail's fees, outlined below.

International Postage
At present we are unable to offer international postage, though we hope to change this soon.
Undelivered Items
All orders are tracked so we should be able to identify any problems and rectify them with minimal imapct on our customers. If you have not received an order that should have been delivered, please send an email to customersupport@miles-apart.com and we will work to resolve your issue.
